PROCESSING

Processing is often the lifeblood of our operations at Myer Marine Services. Our processing department is responsible for any modifications to raw materials before fabrication or machining.

Our equipment includes:

• 43 ft x 12 ft, 400 amp CNC Plasma Burning Table with Bevel Head (8 inch thick plate capacity).
• CNC and Manual Plate Rolls of varying sizes, capable of rolling up to 10 ft. wide plate.
• Angle Rolls
• CNC Pipe Bender
• Automated Band Saw capable of cutting 27 inch I-Beams.
